Your payment
You pay Reduzer Technologies Limited, which operates Reduzer Technologies Training Institute. Paystack processes each payment in Kenyan shillings. The institute pays the processing fees, so your full contribution goes towards programme fees.
How we use your contribution
Our team chooses admitted students who need help with programme fees. We apply contributions to their fees; we do not give students cash. A contribution may support more than one student.
The amounts shown on the form use the standard fee of KSh 10,000 per month. We account for any fee reductions or other funding when assigning support. If a student’s fees are fully paid, the remaining money supports another eligible student.
Sponsorship pays for training. It does not guarantee employment.
Introductions and updates
Every contribution has a payment confirmation and receipt. You can contribute without receiving student introductions or progress updates. If you choose student updates, we’ll email an introduction within 48 hours of confirmed payment, explain how we’ve used your contribution, and send monthly progress updates while the students remain in the programme.
Reply to an update or contact [email protected] to stop student updates. Your latest completed contribution’s choices apply to future sponsorship emails at that email address, including earlier contributions. We may still contact you about payment issues or a request you make.
Students agree before we share their details or work. The institute handles communication; students do not have to contact sponsors directly.
Monthly reminders
If you choose reminders, we’ll email a link next month so you can contribute again. We never charge you automatically. Reply to a reminder to stop it. Reminders and student updates are separate choices; you can ask us to stop either or both.
Payment questions and refunds
We confirm payments after checking with Paystack. For a payment error, duplicate charge or refund request, email [email protected] or call +254 769 267 965. Include your payment reference so we can check.
